Personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to deal with the request and, thereafter, for the limitation period of any legal actions that may arise (generally five years under the Spanish Civil Code).
Data processed within a contractual relationship will be retained for the duration of the contract and, once ended, for the applicable statutory periods (in particular, five years for commercial obligations and four years for tax obligations).
CVs received in selection processes will be retained for a maximum of twelve months from receipt, unless the candidate requests their deletion earlier.
Server logs are deleted automatically 30 days after they are generated.
